Khairul Bashar made DSE CRO

The Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) has appointed Khairul Bashar Abu Taher Mohammad as its chief regulatory officer (CRO).

The appointment was officially approved by the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) on Wednesday.

Khairul Bashar had been the senior executive vice president (SEVP) and the chief executive officer (CEO) of MTB Capital Limited since 2011.

Prior to his joining MTB, he worked in EC Securities Limited as the chief operating officer. He also served the BSEC as deputy director.
