Islamic Finance declares 10.50% dividend

Islamic Finance & Investment Ltd a publicly traded non-Bank Financial Institutions has declared cash dividends for the year 2021.

On Sunday’s board meeting , Islamic Finance & Investment limited recommended 10.50 per cent or Tk 1. 5 per share cash dividend to its shareholders for the year.

These are the highest cash Dividend figures since 2018.

The earnings per share (EPS) of Islamic Finance decreased 14 per cent to Tk 1.32 in the year ended on December 31, 2021, which was Tk 1.54 in the previous year. Its net operating cash flow per share (NOCFPS) dropped to Tk 1.87 in 2021, from Positive Tk 5.58 in 2020.

It’s Net Asset Value (NAV) per share of Tk 15.31 from Tk 14.99 in 2020.

Islamic Finance had declared 10 per cent cash dividend for the previous year, while the record date has been set as May 31.
