Share of Al-Haj Textile Mills Limited has increased 14 per cent in 6 days.
Its share price jumped from Tk 115.6 on June 26 to Tk 131.9 seen on July 7 on the Dhaka Stock Exchange.
On Monday, its share price drop 0.69 per cent to stand at Tk 128.7 following the query made by the DSE.
“There is no undisclosed price sensitive information of the company for recent unusual price hike and increase in volume of shares,” said Al-Haj Textile Mills in response to the DSE’s query over its unusual price hike.
Its third quarter (Q3) earnings per share (EPS) were Tk 0.18 for January-March 2022 as against Tk 0.0.20 for January-March 2021.
Its Net Asset value (NAV) per share Tk 8.91 as on March 31, 2022 and Tk 8.61 as on June 30, 2021.
