International Leasing & Financial Services Limited has recommended NO dividend for the year ended December 31, 2021, said the company in a filing with DSE on Sunday.
Its earnings per share (EPS) stood at negative Tk 9.26 in 2021 from negative Tk 154.19 in the previous year.
Its net operating cash flow per share (NOCFPS) was negative Tk 1.51 for the year ended December 31, 2021 as against negative Tk 7.04 respectively for the same period of the previous year.
Its net asset value (NAV) per share was negative Tk 154.19 as of December 31, 2021 and negative Tk 144.93 as of last year same period.
The Company has further informed that Net Profit after Tax has been increased by Tk 488 crore compared to last year. Interest expense has been decreased by Tk 91.55 crore in comparison from the last year due increase of the cost of fund of the Company.
The company will hold an Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September, 29 2022. Its record date for the share is entitled on September, 15 2022.
Following the declaration, its stock price fall 2.90 per cent and stood Tk 6.70 on the bourse.
