Apex Tannery Limited has recommended a 10 per cent dividend for the year ended June 30, 2022, said the company in a filing with Dhaka Stock Exchange on Sunday.
Its earnings per share (EPS) stood at Tk 0.82 in 2022 from Tk 0.34 in the previous year.
Its net operating cash flow per share (NOCFPS) was Tk 6.62 for the year ended June 30, 2022 as against Tk 7.13 for the same period of the previous year.
Its net asset value (NAV) per share was Tk 63.39 as of June 30, 2022 and Tk 63.17 in the same period last year.
The company will hold an Annual General Meeting (AGM) on November 9, 2022. Its record date for the share is entitled on October 3, 2022.
Following the declaration, its stock price dropped 1.76 per cent to Tk 128.70 on the bourse.
As of Sunday, its market capitalisation stood at Tk 199 crore, paid-up capital Tk 15 crore and surplus reserve Tk 38 crore.
