JMI Hospital Requisite Manufacturing Ltd recommended a 12.50 per cent cash dividend for its shareholders for the year ended June 30, 2022.
The decision came during a meeting the board of directors of the company held on Tuesday, said a media statement issued by the company.
The company’s annual general meeting is scheduled to be held on January 12, 2023, and the record date for the entitlement of the declared dividend is fixed as November 30 this year.
The company reported earnings per share (EPS) of Tk 3.25 for FY2021-22 which was Tk 2.50 in the previous year.
The company’s share price rose 2.77 per cent to Tk 100.30 on Tuesday.
