The board of directors of the listed company has decided to exclude entrepreneurs along with company directors and sponsors.
The consolidated net profit of the company for the year ended December 31, 2022, was Tk 33.84 crore. Earnings per share (EPS) for that same period was Tk 1.26, while the net asset value (NAV) was Tk 21.25.
The date announced for the annual general meeting (AGM) is May 2, and the record date is set for March 30.
