Achia Sea Foods' QIO proposal approved for SME platform

The Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) on Tuesday approved the proposal for a qualified investor offer (QIO) of Achia Sea Foods Limited, which will raise Tk 15 crore in capital.

The approval came at a commission meeting, said a BSEC statement on Tuesday.

The company will use the money for balancing, modernization, and loan payments, and will issue 1.5 crore general shares, each priced at Tk 10.

According to the financial statement for the period July 1, 2020, to June 30, 2021, the company's Earnings Per Share (EPS) are Tk 1.88 and the Net Asset Value (NAV) (without revaluation) per share is Tk 17.07.

Achia Sea Foods' issuer is AAA Finance and Investment Limited.

Achia Sea Foods is a shrimp producer company in the frozen food processing industry. It was launched on December 27, 1993.
