Dhaka stocks on Thursday continued to slide, dragged down by all sectors led by banks.
At close, the benchmark DSEX index shed 21 points or 0.31 per cent to settle at 6,641.
The Shariah-based DSES index dropped 2 points or 0.17 per cent to 1,453 while the blue-chip index DS30 slipped 7 points or 0.30 per cent to 2,451.
The DSE turnover stood at Tk 515 crore.
Of the issues traded, 99 advanced, 230 declined, and 52 remained unchanged.
