All the sectors led by NBFIs, textile and IT ended lower on Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) on Tuesday.
At the end of the day’s trade, the benchmark DSEX index lost 44.30 points or 0.66 per cent to 6,594.
Shariah-based DSES index shed by 7.08 points or 0.48 per cent to 1,447, while the blue-chip index DS30 lost 13.09 points or 0.53 per cent to 2,438.
