Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) fell deeper into red terrain on Wednesday.
At the end of the day’s trade, the benchmark DSEX index shed 30.67 points or 0.48 per cent to 6,324.

Shariah-based DSES index lost 7.90 points or 0.57 per cent to 1,377, while the blue-chip index DS30 decreased by 11.17 points or 0.48 per cent to 2,272.
The DSE turnover stood at Tk 702 crore.

Of the issues traded, 77 advanced, 259 declined, and 45 remained unchanged.
