Most sectors in Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) led by IT ended in green on Tuesday.
At the end of the day’s trade, the DSEX, the broad index of the premier bourse, advanced 39.52 points or 0.63 per cent to settle at 6,230.
DSES, the Shariah-based index, gained 12.50 points or 0.93 per cent to settle at 1,355.
Among other indices, DS30, the blue-chip index, rose 12.79 points or 0.58 per cent to close at 2,190.

Another important indicator of the market, DSE turnover closed at Tk 428.6 crore.
Of the issues traded, 78 advanced, 6 declined, and 229 did not see any price movement.
