Most sectors on Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE), led by NBFIs, ended in green terrain on Wednesday.
At the end of the day’s trade, the benchmark index DSEX gained 7.34 points or 0.11 per cent to 6,496. The Shariah-based DSES index also gained 2.15 points or 0.15 per cent to 1,415.
Among other indices, the blue-chip index DS30 added 6.71 points or 0.29 per cent to 2,323.
Meanwhile, turnover, another important indicator of the market, closed at Tk 1,484 crore.
Out of 371 stocks traded, 71 issues advanced, 114 declined and 186 remained unchanged.
