Most sectors in Dhaka Stock Exchange on Sunday ended its trading on a positive note, led by insurers.
At the end of the day’s trade, the DSEX, the broad index of the premier bourse, gained 1.04 points or 0.01 per cent to settle at 6,281.
DSES, the Shariah-based index, lost 1.65 points or 0.12 per cent to 1,363.
The DS30, the blue-chip index, added 0.75 points or 0.03 per cent to close at 2,183.
Another important indicator of the market, DSE turnover stood at Tk 418 crore.
Of the issues traded, 71 advanced, 88 declined, and 189 did not see any price movement.
