Most sectors on Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) led by IT ended flat on Tuesday.
At the end of the day’s trade, the benchmark DESX index gained 9.28 points or 0.14 per cent to 6,537.
The Shariah-based DSES index lost 2.50 points or 0.17 per cent to 1,397. Meanwhile, the blue-chip index DS30 decreased by 3.11 points or 0.13 per cent to 2,353.
The DSE turnover stood at Tk 14,800 crore.
Of the issues traded, 129 advanced, 108 declined, and 140 remained unchanged.

The Shariah-based index DSES increased by 6.07 points or 0.42 per cent to 1,435. Meanwhile, the blue-chip index DS30 added 1.98 points or 0.08 per cent to 2,358.
