Most sectors in Dhaka Stock Exchange on Monday ended trading on a positive note, led by IT.
At the end of the day’s trade, the DSEX, the broad index of the premier bourse, increased by 14.71 points or 0.23 per cent to settle at 6,270 points.
DSES, the Shariah-based index, gained 5.70 points or 0.41 per cent to 1,371.

The DS30, the blue-chip index, added 6.75 points or 0.30 per cent to close at 2,232.
The DSE turnover stood at Tk 435 crore.
Of the issues traded, 56 advanced, 113 declined, and 145 did not see any price movement.
