Most sectors in Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) on Sunday ended higher, led by IT and insurers.
At the end of day’s trade, the DSEX, the broad index of the premier bourse, advanced 35.45 points or 0.057 per cent to settle at 6,250 points.
DSES, the Shariah-based index, added 7 points or 0.51 per cent to 1,364.

Among other indices, the DS30, the blue-chip index, rose 9.04 points or 0.41 per cent to close at 2,208.
The DSE turnover stood at Tk 711 crore.
Of the issues traded, 110 advanced, 61 declined, and 190 did not see any price movement.
