Most sectors on Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) drag down by IT ended in red terrain on Sunday.
At the end of the day’s trade, the benchmark index DSEX shed 50.74 points or 0.80 per cent to settle at 6,215.
The Shariah-based DSES index dropped 15.32 points or 1.12 per cent to close at 1,348.
Among other indices, the blue-chip index DS30 lost 19.50 points or 0.88 per cent to close at 2,180.
Meanwhile, turnover, another important indicator of the market, stood at Tk 422.8 crore.
Out of the stocks traded, 20 issues advanced, 68 declined and 220 remained unchanged.
