Most sectors on Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) ended in red, drag down by IT on Tuesday.
At the end of the day’s trade, the benchmark index DSEX lost 4.22 points or 0.06 per cent to 6,596. The Shariah-based DSES index decreased by 3 points or 0.20 per cent to 1,448.

Among other indices, the blue-chip index DS30 dropped 4.3 points or 0.18 per cent to 2,401.
Meanwhile, turnover, another important indicator of the market, closed at Tk 2,832 crore,
Out of 373 stocks traded, 72 issues advanced, 156 declined and 145 did not see any price movement.
