Most sectors in Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) on Tuesday ended higher, led by IT.
At the end of the day’s trade, the DSEX, the broad index of the premier bourse, advanced 4.24 points or 0.06 per cent to settle at 6,209 points.

DSES, the Shariah-based index, gained 0.45 points or 0.03 per cent to 1,357.
Among other indices, the DS30, the blue-chip index, rose 1.17 points or 0.05 per cent to close at 2,198.
The DSE turnover stood at Tk 532 crore.
Of the issues traded, 40 advanced, 127 declined, and 167 did not see any price movement.
