Most sectors on Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) on Tuesday ended lower as IT plunged.
At the end of the day’s trade, the benchmark index DSEX deducted 12.31 points or 0.19 per cent to 6,400.
The Shariah-based index DSES added 0.06 points or 0 per cent to 1,406, and the blue-chip index DS30 also added 0.10 points or 0 per cent to 2,277.

The DSE turnover is now at Tk 1,005 crore.
Of the issues traded, 49 advanced, 100 declined, and 220 remained unchanged.
