Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) on Tuesday ended its trading on a positive note, led by insurers.
At the end of the day's trade, DSEX - the major index of DSE - gained 24.53 points or 0.39 per cent to settle at 6,306.

The Shariah-based index, DSES added 4.68 points or 0.34 per cent to close at 1,371 while the blue-chip index DS30 also added 5.21 points or 0.23 per cent to close at 2,195.
Meanwhile, another important indicator of the market, DSE turnover stood at 920 crores.
Of the issues traded, 134 advanced, 36 declined, and 178 remained unchanged.
