Most sectors in Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) led by insurers ended green on Thursday.
At the end of the day’s trade, the DSEX, the broad index of the premier bourse, advanced 22.10 points or 0.34 per cent to settle at 6,410 points.
DSES, the Shariah-based index, gained 1.91 points or 0.13 per cent to 1,401.
Among other indices, the DS30, the blue-chip index, rose 8.84 points or 0.39 per cent to close at 2,252.
The DSE turnover stood at Tk 1,512 crore.
Of the issues traded, 84 advanced, 82 declined, and 202 did not see any price movement.
