Most sectors led by IT, insurers, and textile ended higher on Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) on Thursday.
At the end of the day’s trading, the benchmark index DSEX gained 18.35 points or 0.28 per cent to 6,451.

The Shariah-based index DSES added 3.15 points or 0.22 per cent to 1,415 Meanwhile, the blue-chip index DS30 lost 0.17 points or 0.0074 per cent to 2,355.

The DSE turnover stood at Tk 875 crore.
Of the issues traded, 179 advanced, 146 declined, and 55 remained unchanged.
