The benchmark DSEX index closed higher on Thursday, extending its winning streak for the second conservative session.
It gained 50.46 points or 0.71 per cent to close at 7062.
However, two other indices were marginally down.
Shariah-based DSES index shed 2.04 points or 0.13 per cent to 1479.
Blue-chip index DS30 also lost 5.41 points or 0.2 per cent to 2639.
Out of the 370 issues traded, 223 advanced, 131 declined, and 21 remained unchanged.
