The index extended its gaining streak for the fourth consecutive session.
The Shariah-based DSES index saw a fractional rise of 0.74 point or 0.04 per cent to 1,596 while the blue-chip comprising DS30 index shed 1.6 points or 0.05 per cent to 2,765.
