DSEX - the prime index of Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) - ended in the red terrain, dragged down by NBFIs and IT on Monday.
At the end of the day’s trading, the benchmark DSEX index lost 58.5 points or 0.90 per cent to 6,431.
The Shariah-based DSES index shed 5.77 points or 0.40 per cent to 1,404, while the blue-chip index DS30 lost 17.7 points or 0.77 per cent to 2,285.
The DSE turnover stood at Tk 14,006 crore.
Of the issues traded, 38 advanced, 263 declined, and 68 remained unchanged.
