Fu-Wang Ceramics Limited, a publicly listed company, has announced a meeting of its Board of Directors to review the company's financial statements for the third quarter (Q3).
In a filing with Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) on Wednesday, the company said the board meeting will be held on June 20 at 3:30 pm.
The filing stated that the meeting will consider, among others, unaudited financial statements of the Company for the Q3 period ended March 31, 2022.
