Dhaka stocks finished the trading on a positive note on Sunday.
The rally was led by mainly insurance companies driven by Reliance Insurance hitting the upper limit circuit at 10 per cent.
At the end of the day’s trade, the benchmark DSEX index rose 40.77 points or 0.58 per cent to 7,064.
Shariah-based DSES index increased by 9.75 points or 0.64 per cent to 1,513, while the blue-chip index DS30 gained 19.19 points or 0.74 per cent to 2,611.
