All the sectors, led by paper, insurance and jute, fell on Dhaka Stocks Exchange (DSE) on Monday.
At the end of the day’s trade, the benchmark index DSEX lost 53 points or 0.78 per cent to 6,718.
The Shariah-based index DSES shed 8.88 points or 0.60 per cent to 1,462. Meanwhile, the blue-chip index DS30 lost 19.25 points or 0.77 per cent to 2,468.
