All the sectors, led by financial institutions, fell at Dhaka Stocks Exchange on Wednesday.
At the end of the day’s trading, the benchmark DSEX index lost 53 points or 0.79 per cent to 6,699.
The Shariah-based DSES index lost 10 points or 0.70 per cent to 1,443. Meanwhile, the blue-chip shed 19 points or 0.78 to 2,470.
