Most of the sectors, led by paper, insurance, telco and NBFIs, fell on Dhaka Stocks Exchange (DSE) on Wednesday.
At the end of the day’s trade, the benchmark index DSEX lost 31.81 points or 0.47 per cent to 6,662.
The Shariah-based index DSES shed 4.55 points or 0.31 per cent to 1,456. Meanwhile, the blue-chip index DS30 lost 5.58 points or 0.22 per cent to 2,459.
