Most sectors led by textile, NBFIs and insurers were down on Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) on Wednesday for the second straight consecutive session.
At the end of the day’s trade, the benchmark DSEX index shed 73.62 points or 1.10 per cent to 6,591.
Shariah-based DSES index was down 15.47 points or 1.06 per cent to 1,433, while the blue-chip index DS30 lost 15.13 points or 0.62 per cent to 2,420.
