Most sectors led by IT and insurers were up on Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) on Tuesday.
At the end of the day’s trading, the benchmark DESX index gained 45.55 points or 0.72 per cent to 6,352.
The Shariah-based DSES index went up 12.26 points or 0.89 per cent to 1,389.
Meanwhile, the blue-chip index DS30 gained 9.06 points or 0.40 per cent to 2,235.
