All the sectors led by NBFI on Thursday were down on the Dhaka Stock Exchange.
At the end of the day’s trading, the benchmark DSEX index shed 52 points or 0.74 per cent to settle at 6,991.
The Shariah-based DSES index slipped 13 points or 0.85 per cent to 1,508 while the blue-chip index DS30 lost 24 points or 0.95 per cent to 2,573.
The DSE turnover stood at Tk 1,004 crore.
Of the issues traded, 75 advanced, 257 declined, and 45 remained unchanged.
