The Board of Directors of Nitol Insurance has recommended a 12.50 per cent cash dividend for its shareholders the year ended December 31, 2021.
The company also set April 24, 2022, to hold its Annual General Meeting on a digital platform.
In a discloser at Dhaka Stocks Exchange website on Tuesday, the company reported for the year ended December 31, 2021, Earnings Per Share (EPS) of Tk 2.93, up from Tk 2.84, and Net Asset Value (NAV) per share of Tk 29.16, up from Tk 27.23 and Net Operating Cash Flow Per Share (NOCFPS) of Tk. 0.37, down from Tk 1.21, compared to the same period of the previous year.
The record date has been set for March 15, 2022.
