Closing bell: Stocks end in green

Dhaka stocks closed in green amid volatility on Wednesday, following flat session in the previous day.

At the end of the day’s trading, the benchmark DSEX index added 33.72 points or 0.47 per cent to 7,089.

Shariah-based DSES index declined 2.58 points or 0.17 per cent to 1,509, while the blue-chip index DS30 dropped 18.35 points or 0.70 per cent to 2,617.
