Closing bell: IT stocks steal the show

IT stocks came to spotlight on Wednesday driven by Agnai System.

However, the indexes closed flat amid low volume of trade. 

At the end of the day’s trading, the benchmark DESX index lost 0.13 points or 0.001 per cent to 7,032.

The Shariah-based DSES index decreased 0.56 points or 0.03 per cent to 1,504. Meanwhile, the blue-chip index DS30 shed 1.17 points or 0.04 per cent to 2,612.
