Dhaka stocks rebounded led by NBFI and insurance issues on Sunday, breaking a four-day losing streak.
At close, the benchmark DSEX index gained 21 points or 0.31 per cent to settle at 6,662.
The Shariah-based DSES index increased 6 points or 0.42 per cent to 1,459 while the blue-chip index DS30 added nearly 7 points or 0.28 per cent to 2,458.
The DSE turnover stood at Tk 643 crore.
Of the issues traded, 217 advanced, 110 declined, and 52 remained unchanged.
