Dhaka stocks closed marginally higher amid volatility on Monday.
At the end of the day’s trading, the benchmark DSEX index added 11.29 points or 0.16 per cent to settle at 6,941.
Similarly, Shariah-based DSES index added 0.07 points to 1,465 while the blue-chip index DS30 gained 3.55 points or 0.13 per cent to 2,659.
Of the issues traded, 115 advanced, 227 declined and 31 remained unchanged.
