Textile sectors continued to rally on the Dhaka Stock Exchange on Thursday.
However, most sectors, including financials and insurers, closed flat.
At the end of the day’s trading, the benchmark DESX index gained 4.56 points or 0.06 per cent to 7,085.
The Shariah-based DSES index gained 4.72 points or 0.31 per cent to 1,517. Meanwhile, the blue-chip index DS30 shed 7.48 points or 0.28 per cent to 2,597.
