CavinKare Bangladesh, a fast-moving consumer goods manufacturer in the country, extended its support to a number of hospitals in Dhaka to fight against the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.
The company provided Dhaka Medical College Hospital, National Institution of Cancer Research Hospital and National Institute of Diseases of the Chest and Hospital with safety supplies.
Sumaiya Ahmed, Brand Manager of CavinKare, on Monday handed over the supplies to Professor Qazi Mushtaq Hossain, Director of National Institution of Cancer Research Hospital, said a press release.
The safety supplies comprised of hand wash and hand sanitiser range from flagship brands of CavinKare.
Arun Chako, Business Head of CavinKare Bangladesh, said that as an organisation of FMCG CavinKare would like to contribute in the time of distress through this activity. “We want to salute the spirit of the populace and the front-liners who have shown indefatigable commitment for holding fort,” he said.

CavinKare has been operating in Bangladesh for the past 16 years.
