A delegation of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh headed by its President Abu Bakar Siddique FCMA called on Tapan Kanti Ghosh, Secretary, Ministry of Commerce at the latter’s office in the capital on Tuesday.
Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh (ICMAB) President updated the secretary about the overall affairs of the institute and particularly about the development issues of CMA profession.
He also sought the help of the secretary for further development of ICMAB and the secretary assured him to provide all out support and assistance to ICMAB, according to a press release.
Among others, former President of ICMAB and President of the South Asian Federation of Accountants AKM Delwer Hussain, Secretary Kazi Muhammad Ziauddin, Treasurer AKM Kamruzzaman and Executive Director Muhammad Abdullah were present in the meeting.
