To make transactions of customers more secured, mobile financial service provider, Nagad has launched a personal identification number service that will make the entire process easier.
The self PIN reset facility has been launched to smoothen up the process and reduce hassle of users, Nagad said in a press release.
The new facility will bar individuals from accessing Nagad accounts without having the PIN.
According to the release, the users have to dial *167# and undergo a rigorous verification process to get their PIN reset.
While setting up a new PIN, the customer has to make sure that the PIN numbers are four different numbers. Moreover, if the same number is consecutive, the pin will not be set.
Earlier, Nagad users had to contact the help desk via phone to reset their PIN.
The postal department’s mobile financial service provider has also brought a number of exciting and innovative solutions to make the customer experience better and smoother, through its recent campaign, titled, “Deshi Nagad-e, Beshi Labh.”
