The four-day REHAB Chattogram Fair 2021 ended at Hotel Radisson Blu in the port city on Sunday.
Organised by the Real Estate and Housing Association of Bangladesh, the fair attracted around 12,000 visitors and buyers as the housing companies offered various packages, said a press release.
Some 205 flats and 53 plots were sold and booked in the far.
Organisers said the flats and plots worth Tk 238 crore were sold and booked against the target of Tk 250 crore at the event, read the release.
The showcase of REHAB began on November 18 with the slogan “Dreamy housing in red green Bangladesh”.
