The national flag carrier Biman Bangladesh Airlines is now allowing its customers to change travel dates online, as part of its continued efforts to improve the quality of passenger services.
This facility however is only available to Biman customers who purchased their tickets online through the official website and mobile apps, read a press release.
It adds that the passengers can change their travel dates by paying the prescribed fee using debit or credit cards, or any mobile banking account.
