Sonali Paper returns to stock exchange

Board of Directors of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) has approved the re-listing of Sonali Paper and Board Mills on the main trading market from Over-the-Counter (OTC) market.

The company will start trading in the main market from July 2. Trading code of the company on the DSE is “SONALIPAPR” and DSE company code is 19503, according to DSE sources.

However, Sonali Paper and Board Mills has to meet certain conditions in order to be transacted at the main market.

The company's last closing price at OTC will be the reference price and the floor price. Its last closing price on January 30 at OTC was Tk 273.
