Uttara Finance to report financial results on Aug 23

Uttara Finance and Investments Ltd is set to hold a meeting of its board of directors on August 23.

The meeting is scheduled to begin at 5pm, according to the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) website.

Audited financial statements of the company for the year ended on December 31, 2019, will be revealed to its investors in the meeting.

Un-audited financial statements of the company for the first quarter (Q1) period, ended on March 31, 2020, and second quarter (Q2) period, ended on June 30, 2020, will also be unveiled there.

The company has called the meeting as per regulations 19(1) and 16(1) of DSE (Listing) Regulations, 2015.
