Associated Oxygen’s IPO subscription begins Sept 10

The Initial Public Offering (IPO) subscription for shares of Associated Oxygen Factory is set to open on September 10 which will continue until September 16.

The information was confirmed on the website of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE).

The subscriptions will be taken under fixed-price method.

Sources said the company will issue 1 crore 50 lakh shares at a face value of 10 taka.

Each Eligible Investor (EI) has to maintain a minimum investment of one crore taka at market price in listed securities as on September 2, 2020 (day-end).

The Central Depository Bangladesh Limited (CDBL) will send a report to the exchange regarding the holding of EIs in the listed securities and the exchange will ensure the compliance in this regard.

Participating EIs will be required to pay full subscription amount (100%) and subscription fee 3,000 taka.
