DSE regrets disruption of transactions

The Dhaka Stock Exchange Ltd (DSE) has expressed regret over the disruption of transactions due to complications on their website.

The main stock market of the country issued a press release on Sunday in this regard.

The press release, signed by the Deputy General Manager of Publications and Public Relations Department of the DSE Md Shafiqur Rahman, said the ICT department of the Dhaka Stock Exchange Ltd launched an improved version on the DSE website for the convenience of investors and all concerned in the capital market. The website experienced a temporary problem on August 19 and 20 while trying to launch the updated version. The DSE sincerely apologizes for this unexpected temporary issue.

The issue has been resolved under the supervision of the ICT department since the beginning of the transaction on August 23, said the press release.

If the investors or anyone else involved in the capital market experience any difficulty while browsing the DSE's website or if there is any problem or time lag in page loading, the authorities suggested clearing the browser's cache/history which should solve the problem.

Detailed information on this can be found by clicking on the DSE web banner.
